Self-service check-in for a summit on digital trust

The brief

MY Digital Trust Summit 2026 covered digital trust, identity and cybersecurity in the post-quantum era. Every registration was reviewed by the organisers before a seat was confirmed, and on the day guests had to get through the door quickly.

What we built

• The event website at mydigitaltrustsummit2026.com, with registration built in.
• Approvals. Organisers reviewed each registration, and approved guests received their QR code by email.
• Self-service check-in. Kiosks with scanners at two tracks, A and B, let guests scan their own QR code, while the team at the registration desk handled exceptions.

The result

Guests checked themselves in at the kiosks, and the desk team could see every admission as it happened.
