The brief
The Youth Economic Forum marked its tenth edition on 3 October 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, with students, young professionals and corporate delegates in one plenary hall. Each group had its own ticket, its own price and its own questions on the form. The organisers needed one place to sell, approve and track all of it, and a front door that could take a full hall in a morning.
What we built
- A single registration flow. Attendees confirm their email before they pay, so tickets land in real inboxes. Then they choose a ticket, answer the questions for that ticket type, pay, and receive a QR ticket with an invoice and receipt.
- An organiser dashboard. Tickets issued, revenue, discounts, registrations over time, tickets by tier, and live capacity and check-in, for every edition in one place.
- Roles and permissions. The organiser's team gets exactly the access each person needs.
- Reminders that reach everyone. One reminder run reached all 2,684 registered attendees.
On the day
Registration desks at the convention centre scanned QR tickets on tablets, and the dashboard showed check-in climbing in real time.
