The brief
ASCEND is TERAJU's business programme for Bumiputera companies, run in cohorts over several months. The programme team needed to see every participant's progress at a glance, and participants needed one place to submit work and join live sessions.
What we built
- Cohorts at a glance. Each cohort runs as a board, so the team sees who is waiting, in progress or done.
- Submissions and reviews. Participants submit work and reviewers respond in one place.
- Check-in codes and live word clouds. At workshops, participants check in with a code and answer live prompts that appear as a word cloud on screen.
- Mobile apps. Participants use ASCEND on the web, on iOS and on Android.
The result
The ASCEND programme team runs whole cohorts from one board, at ascendbyteraju.app.
